Remote service tiers
Choose a tier based on change volume and risk. All tiers are remote-first and exclude end-user help desk and day-to-day operations. On-site work is available by request under a separate Statement of Work (SOW).
Advisory
Strategic IT & Security Consulting (No System Access)
- Architecture and roadmap guidance (network, identity, security)
- Risk and change-impact analysis

- No credentials, no configuration authority
Foundation
Monitoring & Administrative Oversight
- Continuous or scheduled monitoring (network/systems/security health)
- Alert + log review with escalation to client contacts
- Identity and access oversight (policy validation)
- Baseline/configuration validation
- Quarterly administrative health review
Core
Remote Administration & Governance
- All Foundation services
- Remote administrative configuration changes
- Firewall/VPN/identity policy updates (within scope)
- Backup and security configuration oversight
- Monthly reporting and change documentation
Secure
Security Oversight & Program Support
- All Core services
- Security tooling oversight (as applicable)
- Vulnerability program governance
- Incident advisory support (non-emergency)
- Audit prep support (no certification guarantee)
Not included: end-user help desk, password resets, workstation/printer support, routine on-site support, or daily operational ownership.
On‑site services (by request only)
On-site work is available when you need hands on equipment or local coordination. All on-site engagements require an executed SOW. Payment terms: 50% due prior to commencement, 50% due upon completion.
Typical on-site requests
- Network cutovers and equipment turn-ups
- Firewall/VPN appliance swaps and validations
- Rack/stack, labeling, and site readiness assessments
- Incident support (as defined in the SOW)
Travel & expenses reimbursed per IRS mileage rates and GSA per diem where applicable unless otherwise stated in the SOW.
