Choose a tier based on change volume and risk. All tiers are remote-first and exclude end-user help desk and day-to-day operations. On-site work is available by request under a separate Statement of Work (SOW).

On‑site services (by request only)

On-site work is available when you need hands on equipment or local coordination. All on-site engagements require an executed SOW. Payment terms: 50% due prior to commencement, 50% due upon completion.

Typical on-site requests

  • Network cutovers and equipment turn-ups
  • Firewall/VPN appliance swaps and validations
  • Rack/stack, labeling, and site readiness assessments
  • Incident support (as defined in the SOW)

Travel & expenses reimbursed per IRS mileage rates and GSA per diem where applicable unless otherwise stated in the SOW.
